After all, the majority of people have more trust towards the advice given by the medical professionals in the system than family, relatives or friends, or even the fitness coaches at the gym. However in the fitness gyms of Taiwan, the elderly group is still a minority. What I have observed, the percentage of the elderly group at Taiwan’s fitness gyms is about 10% to 15%. 1 or 2 out of 10 people in the gym is an elderly. In my opinions, the elderly people are slower than the young to get the online information and to learn about fitness.
