As a result, all industries are in rising needs of cross-field smart and innovative products and services. In face of the waves of intelligent integration, the sports and leisure industry is a quite representative growing fields. According to the report of Plunkett Research (2019), the gross product output of the global sports industry is 1.3 trillion US dollars. Also Euromonitor International estimates the grown rate of the global sports industry in the next three years will be more than 6%. There is considerable space for growing. The output value of Taiwan’s sports industry has been benefited by the booming global sports trends. In 2014, the output value broke 40 billion dollars. In 2018, it increases up to 47 billion dollars. It has broken the records to be on the top for the consecutive three years with 8.2 annual growth rate. In the 1st half year of 2019, the growth rate continues to rise up to 15.3%, 24.2 billion dollars. It is a new record compared with the same period of time over the past few years.
