For example, the weekly sports result feedbacks can be marked in red or green colors so that the user know very easily and quickly if they completed the progress or not, and they know the percentage of sports improvement. 4.The quantity of sports equipment: There shall not be too many sports equipment placed within the institution. The reason is that too many sports equipment could easily make the middle-aged and elderly people feel scared and they do not feel like trying.
