79 still offer the service below the average. They fall into a vicious circle. The main reason is that they only like to sell out fitness courses as many as they could. The service levels are varied, good and bad mixed together. The elderly clients whom I have talked to often give me negative feedbacks about their fitness experiences at the gyms. Mostly, these commercial fitness trainers make them feel disappointed or scared. Really, this is a great pity. How to collect the big data and how to apply them? In the past, I used to organize the coach-training courses. Through these courses, I cultivated a team of seed coaches. I taught them how to use simple approach to collect the physical data of themselves and their family, relatives and friends, such as muscle strength, muscular endurance strength, levels of mobility, flexibility, balance levels, breath in and out levels, etc. Then, once I would like to develop a mobile application system. (APP) so that all the related data could be collected in this system. Then I could have an overview of each individual physical conditions. In addition, all the evaluated members can log in this system to know their conditions and compare with others at similar age, or having the same height and weight groups. They can see the ranking of their physical conditions in the groups. Thus, when one plans to make progress or already made huge improvement, there will be prizes or awards so as to make a sound circle. Unfortunately, I simply completed the course design, coach training as well as a team of seed coaches. Later on, the capital was not sufficient. The vision is no longer carried on. As a matter of fact, the level of difficulty to develop this system is not high. In addition to pooling a great amount of capital, the most needed is to have abundant experiences and knowledge of the fitness service industry. Such a concept, I could only expect the industrial leaders can initiate the vision and realize it by developing an economical software together with a smart system of fitness equipment. How to integrate the fitness coaches or trainers and provide match making services to the clients? As observed, I think that xarefit, a Taiwanese fitness center, demonstrates a sound and successful business model from the perspective of coach integration and customer match making service.
