At last, how to develop the business for this fitness industry? How to cultivate the coaches for the elderly group? At present in the domestic market of Taiwan, the Stealth Institution Ltd. provides unique coach courses for the elderly group. This company mainly is running as an agent of the Australian Sports Science Institute, which provides specific coach courses to help specific groups. The trainees will learn about all the knowledge of the aimed group at the class and exchanges ideas and experiences with teaching coaches. When the trainees finish their course, they need to write a report and find a specific group of customers and make a video from face to face consulting, interviewing and make suggestions. Also the trainees have to take their targeted customers to the fitness center to go through a set of training. They need to make a training schedule from three months to half a year, an over-all training plan, etc. With subjects learning, film making of the target specific group together with a real training plan and execution, the whole course would be sound and practical. After the trainees obtain the license, whether they make customization fitness plan and meet all sorts of customer demands relies on the accumulated experiences. Only then, they will be a qualified and acceptable coach at the market. Therefore, the question how to educate coaches for the elderly group for the fitness industry in Taiwan is worth reflecting and discussing. The fitness market for the elderly people is immense and not expanded yet. They have sufficient consumption power, great amount of demands but they do not know how to choose and decide.
