Every day, the net calories is defined as the calorie consumption (physical activity or exercise) deducts the calorie intake (food and drinks). And it shall be set between 500 to 1000 calories. If we convert the net calories into bodyweight, the weekly weight loss shall be 0.5 to 1 kilogram. At the initial stage, the weight loss mainly come from the less calorie intake and calorie consumption of exercise. In the long run, more than two months, the physical components would change accordingly after getting used to the sports intensity. The muscles density will increase because the basal metabolic rate and mobility are strengthened. Thus, it cannot be overemphasized to compare a weight loss plan with a long-termed fight. The spor ts prescription for the patients with overweight and obesity problem needs both aerobic and resistance trainings. Aerobic exercise can provide not only the effective calorie consumptions but also the cardiovascular fitness, the healthy cardiovascular system and it can also lower the blood pressure, decrease blood sugar and blood fat at the same time. And proper resistance training cannot only help the calorie consumption, increase the physical fitness to shoulder weight, correct the bad postures and also reduce the joint pains. Furthermore, it assists the aerobic exercise performance. The key of aerobic sports is time. The target is five days a week at least; 30 to 60 minutes every day. In all, the accumulated sports time shall fall between 250 to 300 minutes. The sports intensity shall be from 40% to 59% of the heart rate reserve. And the minimum calories of the weekly calorie consumptions shall be 2000. The intensity and frequency of resistance training shall be the same with the ordinary people without any health problems. The sports shall be focus on the whole body movement and multiple joints. Patients shall do sports at least 2 to 3 days a week. The interval between the sports trainings shall be 48 hours at least. When the patients with overweight and obesity problem carry out sports training, they shall pay attentions to the following conditions.
