What’s more, it shoulders no impact of feet landing on the ground. Running in the water, cycling or swimming are basically counted as the cross training in the marathon trainings. The proper strength shall be sixty five to seventy nine percent of the maximum heart rate or fifty nine to seventy four percent of the heart rate reserve.
