As a result, people move much less and eat too much. Under this circumstance, such living conditions easily lead to various civil diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, metabolic syndromes and so on. All these diseases make a great burden on social cost. Without any doubt, health issues are the most concerned topic among people. In the recent years, mobile technologies and Internet of Things, IoT, have become popular and widely accepted. Mobile devices have much closer relationships with all of us. Also, there are different kinds of electronic sensors like cardiotachometer, accelerometer, gyroscope, etc., or mobile applications to record daily activities like the total number of daily steps, sleeping quality and so on. The way to quantify data will be recorded and given feedbacks. Users can make progress and build a healthier lifestyle. Everyone is keeping his or her diary with numbers so as to get the sense of achievement and happiness by getting more self- awareness. Obviously, the concept to “quantify self” is widely recognized by a lot of people. Moving with the technology progress, the wireless transmission functions are much advanced and the sensors become minimized. The range of wearable technology get wider. Especially, the number of smart devices is increasing drastically, and the provided information is getting diverse. Apart from being the second monitor of smart phones, the wearable devices are applied to provide instant messages and correspondence. More
