The internal organs are also piled in the vertical direction. And the upward and downward sports include walking, speed walking, rope jumping, jogging, mountain climbing and all kinds of ball sports are all vertical movement of the whole body. They are all safe, natural and effective sports. The former Soviet scientists used the device which produced vertical vibrations to train the astronauts and to sole their healthy problem under the condition that they stay in the non-grav- ity space for a long period of time. The device can enhance the muscle strength, the bone mass density and to lessen the endocrine disorder, etc. Also it can help doing the other physical train- ing when the astronauts stay in the non-gravity environment for a long period of time or even whey they have to delay their return to the earth for commissions. The former Soviet astronauts used to stay in the space for 437 days, much longer than those which American astronauts once stay in the space. Thus, this vertical vibration device has been paid with much attention and cause widespread discussions. After 1980, it enlarges its application fields to train sports pro- fessionals and as the result shows it can enhance the sports performance and reduce the sports injuries. After 2000 A.D., this device is further applied to the fields of rehabilitation and medical treatment. Through the passive vibrations, it actually creates the same positive effects of doing active sports In the studies of sports biological, the force plate which gets the reaction force vertically against the floor is often used to evaluate the landing load. It shows that the larger reaction force of vertical landing against the floor creates a higher risk of lower limbs injuries to the human skeletons. When people walk, the floor reaction force is 720 newton, which is about 1.3 times of the body weight. When people job, the jogging reaction force against the floor is about 2.1 of the body weight. In other words, while people increase their running speed, the reaction force will reach 2.7 times of the body weight. In other words, when the running speed is going faster, the reaction force against the floor is going up. Therefore, for those with the obesity problems or those whose lower limbs once got injured, they shall control themselves at a lower speed.
