The contents of sports prescriptions include FITT: Frequency of doing sports, Intensity of sports, Type of sports and characteristics and Time of doing sports without stop. Though they appear similar to medical treatment such as the frequency of taking drugs, the drug doses, the name of drugs, and the time span of taking drugs. However, there is a difference from med- ical treatment, that is, it is medical professional staff to give medicine to the patients. The content of medical treatment is very precise and clear. For the time being, the intervention of traditional sports is that people do sports autonomously based on suggestions or instruc- tions. The correctness of actions and the strength level of doing sports as well as the continuous time of doing sports are difficult to control. Especially those with worse physical conditions or sports performance cannot reach the requirements of precision exercise. The reasons might be the incorrect ways of doing sports, overdoing sports, too much impacts of doing sports, and over length of doing sports, which cause sports injuries. D. Vertical vibration is precision exercise We extremely need the sports therapy with precision exercise on the types, frequency, strength and continuous time span. Then there shall be controls of vibration, acceleration, sports positions and move- ment of the whole body vertical vibration. Then we could count it as proper precision exercise solution.
