94 2018 Yearbook Control five elements and four cores to create service-business opportunities in Platform as-a-Business era The feature of Platform as-a-Business is to pool group intelligence and resource to create new demand-and-supply markets. Customers do not need to shoulder the transferred cost which large- scaled enterprises monopolize supply chains. In addition, all different forms of waste in-between like resource, labor and time. It is different from the traditional service categories and able to transform the technological applications, business modes and consumption values. It also reshapes the manufacturing, structure, service division and supply chain system of the global industries.
