The other regards it as an opportunity to conduct industrial innovation and/or industrial integration. No matter which perspective concludes that the service of Platform as-a-Business is to solve the long- termed complaints from the users. 4. At present, the largest challenge of Platform as- a-Business is if it is feasible to create platform values and remain sustainable. As concluded, in this Platform as-a-Business, what successful entrepreneurs have in common is that they pool the investment of innovative business mode supported by platform technology. Meanwhile, they upgrade the matching-making service to the platform-ecosystem snatch war so as to maintain the sharing mode of multiple things and new business applications. 5. Sharing-economy mode could be used as the entry or center point to conduct enterprise innovations. Nex t, based on enterprise positioning and advantages, it could be extended to four major economies, including the Internet of Things Economy (software and hardware sharing), Blockchain as-a-Service (trade sharing), 3R as-a-Service (material sharing) or Data as-a-Service (knowledge sharing); thus, tangible or intangible assets can be shared or used to make economic effects. Internet of Things Shares and Drives 4 New Economy All governments actively apply the mode of Platform as-a-Business to make the positive impacts of the new economy. This is a business mode that the private-sector innovation leads the strategic innovations, that is, a bottom- up democratic business type. It stimulates all governments to apply Platform as-a-Business to meet people’s demands or solve their problems like traffic, parking space, tourism, energy and so on. They also manage to integrate the development of other technologies, such as 3R as-a-Service, green consumption, internet of things, intelligent manufacturing, transportation, etc. so as to bring out more new service business chances. In addition to the IoT trend, the common use of smart phones, active social-club sharing, big data in the clouds as well as artificial intelligence technology all develop speedily. The Platform as- a-Business of all kinds of tangible or intangible resource is under formation. Thus Platform as-a- Business platform is the start point or center point to promote innovation economy.
