87 Taiwan Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association Business ecosystem is an open, dynamic and complex adopting and co-existing system. Growing in such an open and more complex business environment, the enterprises no longer faces the former static environment. Within the enterprise, the ability to integrate internal resource has been gradually weakened. Nowadays, enterprises in the business ecosystem need to interact with the interested parties and manage their own surviving space. Obviously, the business ecosystem already broke the single-winning concept but to emphasize the input and output of their internal and external environment. Competition and cooperation promote the evolution and further form the overall advantages of business ecosystem. The enterprise use the ecosystem to integrate human resource, property, products, messages and technology, etc. to drive innovation and create core technology, and create quality brands and solidify the foundations. In other words, it is the breakthrough which the low-end value chains around the world rely on. Through the participating innovation, it becomes the open-end pioneer. Based on the principles of cooperation integration, co-creation and value sharing, the innovation ecosystem is formulated. It is supported by Public-Private-People-Partnership (PPPP). All the members are there to share the quick-growing, useful and common technology so as to efficiently develop business chances and to increase the possibilities of new investment from new companies. Thus, this is a good model of a cross-domain, open-end innovation ecosystem. Technology innovation It contains new product, new manufacturing technology or building a new service model or improvement as well as effective resource development and usage. Invention and application of new technology, new demands and exploring and occupying new markets. The core elements include technology innovation mechanism, innovation terms, innovation output and effectiveness. In the business ecosystem, the technology innovation comes from the autonomous research and development within the enterprise or from the collaborative innovation given by the technology alliance. Furthermore, the enterprise grow in the ecosystem by transforming itself with innovation and expand itself with innovative technologies.
