They are the momentum to accelerate the economy of global sporting industry and keep its development and rising opportunities. According to the survey, the global sporting popu- lation has been increasing every year. Accordingly, the sporting industrial value continues going up. In the current era of sporting, the output value of health-re- lated business, sports and leisure activities has reached 1500 billion of US dollars. The US market is the top one from basketball, baseball, tennis and golf etc. Its sport- ing goods industry has reached an extreme high value. Sports has gradually become part of their entertain- ment. The United States America is called as the Sports Kingdom. Since 2000, the industrial value has reached 200 billion US dollars. The sporting goods industry is ranked the sixth industry in the U.S.A. In addition to the above-mentioned business, the sports accessories, sporting goods and other ser- vice sales also create astonishing sports and leisure industrial value. From the perspective of aging population, it is not Taiwan’s unique phenomenon but also a global challenge. The global aging pop- ulation, above 65 years old, is about 600 million of people. Mr. Fred Pearce, as a noted international author, in his book Peoplequake : Mass Migration, Ageing Nations and the Coming Population Crash, points out an amazing fact that 600 million aging population, is 8% of the global population. Una- voidably, as expected, the people around the world will live longer.
