28 2018 Yearbook Under the waves of health consciousness and sports, there is more public attention on the World Cup Games, Olympic Games, basketball, baseball, tennis, golf and other professional games. Especially, the final curtain of Taipei 2017 29 th Summer Universiade just falls. Also the World Cup, a quadrennial international football tournament, is under the spot- light worldwide. People all around the world put eyes on this special event. The reason is the games are always wonderful as expected. All the national teams and athletes are professionals and show their best on the soccer field. The second reason is that the public pays more attention on the health issue and more sports population; consequently they regard watching sports games as important entertainment. Plus the effects broadcasted by the social media, soccer lovers often wait in front of their TV and get ready to watch soccer games. Many people whose national teams participate in the soccer games often stay up to cheer up for them. That is quite a global phenomenon which can compare with the Olympic Games. Thus, the governments around the world have been pushing na- tional health and participating in these global games. They are also very active to strive for the opportunity to hold these events.
