And they can be in a comfortable condition to make essential and substantial effects; meanwhile, the sports safety and use comfort could be well-kept as well as the necessary explosive training for the elderly group. In the upcoming ageing society, the awareness of " Exercise is Medicine " is more assured. About the danger factors of the old people’s living, this topic gets more public attention. Proven by the related studies, resistance training is not only good to athletes and the young people. It shall be highly promoted to the elder group. Thus, to design safe and proper resistance training equipment shall be the foremost important base. This study is to analyze the four kinds of resistance sources and action uniqueness, commonly seen in the market; together with the survey results from the targeted elderly group, a more appropriate training equipment could be suggested. The study expects to provide a sound choice and suggestion for the future design of the resistance training equipment for the old people. This study is based on the reference, The choice of resistance training equipment for the elderly people , 2015 Journal of Sports Performance 2(1), 1-6.
