Then, there will be an evaluation and comparison. Comparing the final results, hydraulic resistance training equipment gets the highest scores; the next is elastic band, traditional weights stacks, and inertia. Among them, hydraulic resistance equipment ranks atop in terms of using feelings, comfort level, and force performance. Particularly in the comfort level, it scores 91.75, much higher than the other three groups. It shows hydraulic resistance is proper for the elderly people to operate and use; furthermore, they do not feel uncomfortable after using it, unlike the other training equipment. In the score results to evaluate these four kinds of resistance training equipment, hydraulic is most appropriate training group for the old people.
