On the basis of IoT, it is to manage the real-time and dynamic messages of physical objects to produce and provide services. 2.Internet of Things, IoT, refer to the physical objects in the physical world that are equipped with inserted chips and software which have certain sensing, computing and coordinating capabilities, and become intelligent objects. These objects use internet devices to transmit messages with management and coordination, in order to realize the interconnection between physical objects. The industrial upgrading led by Industry 4.0 in the next decades has the following characteristics: A. The key role of intelligent machinery in a smart factory Smart factory, playing a strategic key role in Industry 4.0, digitalizes the machinery equipment and business management. It can automatically adjust production flows, predict and repair machine malfunction, lower inventory, carry out flexible production for timely custom-made products with the most efficiency. Intelligent machinery can recognize the digital chips on products to conduct processing according to different consumer demand. Machines can communicate with each other and solve problems independently. Moreover, cloud platforms can offer big data and information management and improvement; furthermore, they are capable of giving remote services.
