108 2018 Yearbook consumption will be a structural change. And that will be an opportunity for enterprises to hold. The domestic ageing population has unique demands of living area and quality. Based on the relevant surveys, 95% of the old people expect to grow old in their local area. Accordingly, depending on the different needs for life, features, and available resource in areas, diverse services or products could be respectively developed and provided. Considering a long-stay location, many old people would choose Hualian or Taitung to live for a period of time. Thus the government and the private enterprises can both consider the potential market. In the expected locations or areas above, they can establish a sound aged living with medical environment and travel facilities. According to other studies, the most concerned issue for the domestic ageing population (see Diagram 9) is their own health (75%). Following that is the alienation of society and interpersonal relationship (41%). Moreover, 30% of the interviewees concern about medical care and economic problems as well. In the results of the surveys, health, social relationship, medical care and personal economic situation are the most concerned issues for the retiring old people in Taiwan. Diagram 9.
