The total burden (dependence ratio) declines first and then climbs (see Diagram 4). If this age group from 15 to 64 years old population as productive labors and the rest age groups as unproductive labors or dependence population. The dependence population which every one hundred working population need to take care was 34.7 people in 2012 and 35 people in 2014. Also with a quick grow rate of the ageing population, in 2061, it goes up to 98.6 people, increasing 1.8 times.
